Araddhana K Mahna
Managing Director

Co-founder & Managing Director, Araddhana brings to the organization, her knowledge and experience in consulting interactions on the formulation of new business initiatives/ strategies with industries as diverse as automation, commodities, education and many more. She is first non-American worldwide, to be certified as a Master Trainer for The Princeton Review test preparation teaching methodology.

She graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Her incursion into the corporate world saw her begin as an Analyst with Accenture, New Delhi. Araddhana now heads Operations, Strategy and Business Development at Manya Education Pvt. Ltd, as well as leads the training development of teachers at the company.


R. K. Singh
Director

R.K. Singh is a beacon of light and inspiration for the Manya family. He brings in years of knowledge and experience in the field of education, technology and business development. Following a Bachelors degree in engineering at the Bhagalpur College of Engineering, R.K. Singh continued his scholarly pursuits as Assistant professor at the same college. Some time later, he joined the Bhabha Atomic research Centre (BARC) as a Scientist and was instrumental in developing their first digital computing system, the TDC-12.

Further, in his illustrious career, he worked in premier managerial capacities at Electronics Corporate of India Limited, as Director in Department of Electronics, Government of India, and as Managing Director of UP Electronics Corporation Limited and UPTRON India Limited. Mr. Singh made his foray into the corporate sector in 1996 as part of business development for Salora International Limited. As the Director of the MEPL, he constantly instills the values of honesty and excellence in all our operations.


Tanveer Kapadia
Director

Tanveer brings over 8 years of experience in operations and strategy to MEPL. His significant experience spans several functions including strategy development, organization design, sales & marketing, product management, project management, and software development. Tanveer currently works at the prestigious Boston Consulting Group's Mumbai office where he has advised clients on diverse topics such as business strategy, lean manufacturing, organization design & efficiency, corporate development and finance. Prior to joining BCG, Tanveer has worked for over 5 years at Motorola Inc. Along with strong corporate experience, He also brings entrepreneurial skills to MEPL; Tanveer co-founded Tarantula Multimedia, an e-learning start-up. Tanveer graduated from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA and also holds a Master of Science degree with honors in electrical engineering from Michigan State University, USA.


Aditya Bhatia
Director

Aditya brings 10+ years of experience in setting up and running Technology companies in India. His experience spans across several functions including strategy development, sales & marketing, product management, project management, and software development. Currently is a Senior Partner in HeAD Multimedia Ltd. a firm that specialises in developing Interactive Multimedia Content for multiple platforms. Prior to this Aditya was Partner at Majestic Software Ltd. that setup and ran outsourced Call Centers for clients in the Market Research and Outbound telemarketing industries. Aditya has an undergraduate degree in Economics from NYU.
