4. What steps are taken to ensure quality at the internal level?
Productivity trackers including client specific performance metrics are diligently maintained to keep track of each grader’s performance. With techniques like peer review, dip checks, detailed reviews, superior level quality is maintained. Need-based training is provided to the graders apart from the regular brush-up exercises.
